Valéry Gaucherand

Valéry Gaucherand has held various leadership positions at L'Oréal for over two decades, demonstrating a strong track record of success and expertise in the cosmetics industry. Currently serving as CEO at L'Oréal Poland & Baltic Hub, Valéry has also led as CEO at L'Oreal Vietnam. With a background that includes roles such as General Manager in different divisions across countries like Mexico, Chile, Ireland, UK, and Turkey, Valéry brings a wealth of experience to their current executive roles. Valéry's education includes a degree from HEC Paris and CEMS Masters in Management from University of St.Gallen.
