Sheila Haghdoust

Sheila Haghdoust is a Technical Writing Supervisor at Lorex Technology. Sheila has a background in Philosophy from Queen's University and has also completed certificates in Technical and Scientific Communication from Dalhousie University and Copywriting from Humber College. In addition to their current position, Sheila has worked as a Digital Copywriter Intern at Fox Run Brands and as a Legal Assistant at Pardons & Waivers of Canada. Sheila excels in translating software UI and hardware installation into user-friendly guides, designing documentation templates, and creating clear and persuasive copy within defined brand guidelines.
