Ed Dahlquist

Ed Dahlquist has extensive work experience in various roles and industries. Ed started their career in 1974 at the Elk Grove Village Police Department, where they held various positions. In 1983, they joined Continental Can and worked their way up to the role of Plant Manager. Ed then moved to AMWAY Corporation in 1994 and served as the Plant Manager, overseeing cost savings initiatives and leading productivity improvements. In 2000, they became the Director of Operations at Cascade Engineering, where they achieved significant reductions in defects and improved customer ratings. In 2002, they joined Lorin Industries as the Vice President of Operations and New Product Development, where they led the company to profitability within 13 months and implemented cost-saving measures. In 2010, they joined EaRN | Employment and Resource Network as a board member, and in 2012, they became a member of the Member Advisory Board at From The Heart Christian Church.
