Loris Candylaftis

Loris Candylaftis has a diverse work experience spanning over several years. Loris is currently the Founder and Head of Technology at Loro Insurtech Inc., a position they have held since June 2020. Prior to this, they worked at Tokio Marine HCC - Financial Lines, where they served as the Head of IT from January 2011 to March 2020. Loris also held the role of Programmer Analyst II at the same company from May 2007 to December 2010. Loris was one of the co-founders of Tonight.eu, a European nightlife entertainment website, where they worked from May 2003 to December 2009. Additionally, they worked briefly at GSI Commerce as a Programmer Analyst in February 2007. Loris has expertise in technology, IT management, and programming, with experience in areas such as payment gateway implementation and website development using PHP and MySQL.

Loris Candylaftis completed their education in a chronological manner. From 1986 to 1989, they attended Lycée Français de New York. Following this, they attended French School of Sydney from 1992 until 1994. Subsequently, from 1994 to 1998, they studied at Lycée Stendhal de Milan. Lastly, Loris completed their highest level of education at Politecnico di Milano, obtaining a Laurea degree in Information Technology and Computer Science.
