Truman Jones is an accomplished Executive Chef with extensive experience in high-end culinary environments, currently serving at Los Altos Golf and Country Club since September 2021. Prior to this role, Truman held the position of Executive Chef and Director of Food and Beverage at the Tides Inn from September 2020 to September 2021, and served as Executive Chef at renowned establishments including Ojai Valley Inn & Spa, The Lake Placid Lodge, and Ventana Inn and Spa. Additional experience includes key roles at the Ritz-Carlton Hotel and Gordon Ramsay Holdings Ltd, as well as various chef positions at Medici Cafe and Terrace, Lowell-Hunt Catering Company, and Campton Place Hotel. Truman's formal education includes a degree in Professional Cooking from Baltimore International Culinary College and a Bachelor of Science in Biology from Winthrop University.
