Spencer Christovale

Spencer Christovale is a seasoned legal operations professional currently serving as a Legal Operations Specialist/Investigator at the Los Angeles City Attorney's Office since April 2018, leading over 1,000 investigations annually and negotiating significant settlements. Previous roles encompass Senior Legal Clerk, where Spencer successfully trained clerks and significantly reduced claims backlog, and Legal Clerk, where foundational work on proprietary technology improved workflow efficiency. Earlier experience includes leading a large-scale voter outreach initiative for the Los Angeles County Registrar-Recorder/County Clerk, resulting in a notable increase in voter turnout, and streamlining procurement processes at LADWP, which contributed to substantial cost reductions.
