Meredith Shirk

Meredith Shirk is an accomplished entrepreneur and fitness expert, currently serving as CEO and Founder of Svelte Media Inc. and Svelte Training, which has successfully served over 800,000 clients and developed a diverse range of health-oriented products. In addition to these roles, Meredith is the President of Spot Pet Insurance and has been an Ocean Lifeguard with the Los Angeles County Fire Department since 2006. Meredith previously held the position of Head Women's Water Polo Coach at Malibu High School from 2011 to 2013. Educationally, Meredith holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Biology and Bio Engineering from California Lutheran University and a Bachelor of Science degree in Public Health from the University of California, Berkeley.
