Dr. Anthony Felix

Dr. Anthony Felix has a diverse work experience spanning various industries and roles. Dr. Anthony currently serves as the Chapter Chair at the National Grants Management Association. Previously, they held the position of Associate Director of Grants Management & Compliance at the Los Angeles Homeless Services Authority. Dr. Anthony also served as a Shop Steward at SEIU Local 721 and as a Councilmember at ASPA So. Cal Chapter. Dr. Felix has experience in the field of mental health services, having worked as an Administrative Assistant at SCHARP FSP - Housing and Mental Health Services. Dr. Anthony also has legal experience, having worked as a Law Clerk at the Law Offices of Steve Lopez. Dr. Anthony began their career in the US Navy as a Sonar Technician.

Dr. Anthony Felix holds a Doctorate degree in Public Administration from the University of La Verne, which they obtained between 2015 and 2019. Prior to that, they completed their Juris Doctorate degree in Law (some coursework) at Glendale University College of Law from 2012 to 2015. Dr. Anthony also holds a Master's Degree in Public Administration from California State University, Los Angeles, which they earned between 2009 and 2012. Dr. Felix's educational journey began with a Bachelor's Degree in Criminal Justice/Law Enforcement Administration from California State University, Los Angeles, completed from 2004 to 2006. Dr. Anthony started their higher education at East Los Angeles College, where they received an Associate of Science degree in Administration of Justice between 2001 and 2004. In addition to their academic achievements, Dr. Felix has recently obtained a certification from the Coro Southern California's Housing and Houselessness Leadership Network in 2023.
