Dr. Holly Henderson has a diverse work experience in the field of risk management and administrative services analysis. From October 2019, they served as the Director of Risk Management at the Los Angeles Homeless Services Authority. Prior to that, they held the position of Administrative Services Analyst III/Supervisor at LACERA from April 2015 to October 2019. In this role, they were responsible for preparing budget requests, budget control reports, and analyzing proposed plan expenditures.
Dr. Holly Henderson obtained their Doctorate in Public Administration from Capella University in 2020. Prior to this, they completed their Bachelor of Arts degree in Criminal Justice/Law Enforcement Administration from California State University-San Bernardino and obtained a Master's degree in Administrative of Justice from Kaplan University. In addition to their degrees, Dr. Henderson has also obtained certifications such as Corporate Risk Manager Certified (CRMC) from the Management & Strategy Institute (obtained in 2023), Women's Executive Leadership Program from The Impact Center (obtained in 2023), and Lean Six Sigma Black Belt (ICBB) from the Management & Strategy Institute (obtained in 2020).
