Sara Dugan

Sara Dugan is the current Senior Manager, Member Services and Guest Experience for the Los Angeles Rams. Sara has previously worked for the San Jose Sharks, Lake Elsinore Storm, Oakland Raiders, UC Berkeley, Bank of the West Classic, and San Francisco 49ers. Sara has a long history of working in customer service and ticketing operations. Sara is passionate about providing an excellent guest experience and ensuring that everyone has a positive experience at Rams games.

Sara Dugan has a Bachelor of Business Administration (B.B.A.) in Marketing from the University of Hawaii at Manoa. Sara also has a certification from the International Association of Venue Manoa in Trained Crowd Manager and a certification from TEAM Coalition in TEAM Trainer (Techniques for Effective Alcohol Management).

They are on a team with Stephen Logsdon - Group Sales Manager, Nicole Ianni - Manager, Suite Services, and Megan Geier - Manager, Membership Sales. Sara Dugan reports to Dan August, EVP, Consumer Revenue & Strategy.
