Dagmar Derickson

Dagmar Derickson currently serves as the Director of Human Resources for the Los Gatos-Saratoga Union High School District, a position held since September 2023. Prior to this role, Dagmar was the Director of Human Resources for the Mill Valley School District from August 2021 to September 2023, and served as the Human Resources Coordinator for the Templeton Unified School District from December 2018 to August 2021. Dagmar's extensive experience in human resources includes overseeing hiring processes, personnel management, and compliance with regulations, with earlier roles that encompassed program supervision and intern positions in various organizations. Dagmar holds a Master’s degree in Educational Leadership and Administration as well as a Bachelor of Science in Business Administration with a focus on Management and Human Resources from California Polytechnic State University-San Luis Obispo.
