David Berryman

David Berryman, P.E., currently serves as the Capital Program Manager at LOSSAN Rail Corridor Agency since February 2024. Prior to this role, David was a Senior Project Manager at RailPros from May 2018 to February 2024 and held the position of Principal Engineer at C2 Group in San Diego from January 2017 to May 2018. David also worked as a Senior Project Manager - Civil Engineer at RailPros, Inc. from January 2013 to December 2016 and as a Project Manager - Civil Engineer at Bureau Veritas North America, Inc. from 1995 to December 2012. With 16 years of experience in the design and preparation of construction documents for roadway and public works projects, David has a strong background collaborating with cities and municipalities. David earned a Bachelor of Science in Civil Engineering from California State Polytechnic University-Pomona between 1990 and 1995.
