Andy Hadden is a seasoned professional with extensive experience in real estate management, investment, and entrepreneurship. As the Founder and Managing Director of Lost Shore Surf Resort since June 2014, Andy has demonstrated leadership and business acumen. Previously, Andy founded TARTAN COMMERCIAL LIMITED, North Berwick’s first dedicated coworking and flexible office space, from February 2016 until April 2023. Andy's career in real estate includes roles at Redpath Bruce LLP as an Investment professional and at Colliers International UK as a Senior Surveyor, focusing on national investment and corporate restructuring. Additionally, a solid educational background includes a Master's degree in Real Estate Management and Development and a Bachelor's degree in Sports Science and Psychology from Heriot-Watt University.
