Zach Bell is an accomplished culinary professional with extensive experience in various leadership roles within the food industry. Currently serving as the Executive Chef at Lost Tree Club since December 2021 and as the Owner of Action Culinary since March 2019, Zach specializes in culinary design, training, and consulting. Additionally, Zach holds the position of Executive Director at Buccan Provisions Non-Profit Corp and previously worked as the Director of Culinary at Ember Management Group. With a strong culinary background, Zach has held prominent chef positions at Addison Reserve Country Club, Cafe Boulud in both Palm Beach and New York, and has co-owned the sugar monkey. Zach's early career included a role as Chef de Partie at Le Cirque 2000. Zach's education in Culinary Arts was completed at Johnson and Wales, earning an Associate of Science degree.
