Kamil Ślefarski

Kamil Ślefarski has a diverse work experience that showcases their expertise in revenue management and pricing, as well as real estate valuation. Kamil started their career as an Assistant in Real Estate Valuation at Savills in February 2016 and worked in this role until September 2017. In March 2018, they returned to Savills as a Junior Valuer, where they worked until August 2018. In September 2018, Kamil joined LOT Polish Airlines as a Junior Revenue Management Specialist, and worked in this role until March 2019. Kamil then progressed to the role of Revenue Management Team Leader at LOT Polish Airlines from April 2019 to March 2022. After that, they took on the role of Head of Revenue Management and Pricing from April 2022 to January 2023. Currently, Kamil is the Director of Revenue Management at LOT Polish Airlines, a position they have held since January 2023.

Kamil Ślefarski has a background in statistics, quantitative methods in economics and information systems. Kamil graduated with a Magister (Mgr) degree from SGH Warsaw School of Economics in 2018. Kamil also studied philosophy at the University of Warsaw and economics and business at Aarhus University. In 2017-2018, Kamil attended the Technische Universität Berlin for further studies in statistics. Kamil has also obtained certifications in team management from HIGH5 Group sp. z o.o. and completed a Revenue Management Education Programme offered by Star Alliance in 2019.
