Jim Yerrick

Jim Yerrick has extensive experience in project management within the commercial building products sector, currently serving as a Project Manager for Lotspeich Co. of FL, Inc. since October 2014, focusing on commercial door, frame, and hardware products. Prior to this role, Jim held a Project Manager position at Hollow Metal Specialists, managing products in Div. 8. Jim's experience also includes over two decades in various project management and sales positions at Moss Building Products, where responsibilities encompassed estimating and sales across multiple divisions. Early career roles included detailing at Vulcraft, as well as estimating and sales at Miscellaneous Metals Corp. Jim holds a Bachelor of Applied Science (BASc) in Construction Engineering Technologies and an Associate in Applied Science in Architectural Engineering Technology, both from Purdue University.
