Najwa Sani

Najwa Sani is a Senior Executive in Human Resources at Lotte Chemical Titan Malaysia since January 2018, with participation in the Lotte Global HR Conference in Korea. Previously, Najwa served as an HR Executive at PHHP Marketing (M) Sdn Bhd from March 2014 to December 2017, focusing on training and development, employee engagement, and recruitment. Notably, Najwa earned the PHHP Fresh Orange Award in 2014, the Best Excellence Staff Award in 2015, and a Silver Staff Attendance Award. Najwa holds a Bachelor's degree in Human Resources Management from Universiti Teknologi MARA, obtained between 2010 and 2014.
