Hannah Karim is a Senior Customer Care Manager at Lottie since December 2021. Prior to that, Hannah worked as a Supporter Engagement Executive at Age UK and as a Veterinary Receptionist at The Neighbourhood Vet. Hannah also has experience as a Communications Manager at Spill and as a Senior Account Executive at 33Seconds.
