Yogesh Yadav

Yogesh Yadav has extensive work experience in the retail and customer relations sectors. From 2017 onwards, they have worked at Lotus Herbals Pvt Ltd, where they have held the positions of Business Head - Retail Operations and Retail Manager - Expansion & Operations. In these roles, they were responsible for handling business operations and acquisition for Exclusive brand outlets in North and East India. Yogesh accurately measured the needs of each store location, resolved conflicts, managed employee scheduling, and worked towards improving employee performance and retention. Yogesh also conducted site visits to assess employee performance and the outlets' overall performance in terms of ROI. Prior to their time at Lotus Herbals Pvt Ltd, Yogesh worked at Forest Essentials from 2010 to 2017 as a Customer Relations Manager. In this role, they focused on ensuring high-quality customer service and satisfaction by closely interacting with potential clients, understanding their requirements, and customizing products and services accordingly.

Yogesh Yadav completed their Bachelor of Commerce - BCom degree with a specialization in Business/Commerce, General from Mumbai University in Mumbai. Yogesh studied at the university from 2015 to 2017.
