Lavish Prakash

Lavish Prakash is the Global Human Resources Director at Lotus Interworks. Previously, Lavish worked at Amazon as the Sr Global HRBP for People Experience and Technology. Lavish has a strong background in HR, partnering with various companies like Dr. Reddy's Laboratories, Reliance Retail, and Tata Hitachi Construction Machinery Company Private Limited to develop and implement people strategies. Lavish holds a PGDGM from XLRI Jamshedpur and a B.E in Biomedical/Medical Engineering from the University of Mumbai. Currently, Lavish is pursuing a PGP in Data Science & Artificial Intelligence from Accredian.
