Pete Gvazdauskas

Mr. Gvazdauskas has more than 15 years of accounting and finance experience in the energy industry, working for the Sunoco family of companies. He brings extensive experience in numerous financial disciplines including accounting, capital markets, corporate finance, investor relations, performance analysis, reporting, strategic planning and treasury.

Before joining the Lotus team, Mr. Gvazdauskas served as Chief Financial Officer and Treasurer for Sunoco Logistics Partners L.P. He earned a Master of Business Administration from Drexel University and a Bachelor of Science in Accounting from Pennsylvania State University.
