Phillip Criniti

Mr. Criniti, CPA, has more than a decade of accounting and finance experience in the energy industry, working for the Sunoco family of companies. He brings extensive experience in numerous financial disciplines including accounting, corporate income tax, capital markets, corporate finance, investor relations, performance analysis, reporting, strategic planning and treasury.

Before joining the Lotus team, Mr. Criniti held positions of increasing responsibility at Sunoco Logistics/Energy Transfer. He earned a Bachelor of Science in Accounting from Pennsylvania State University.
