Lucian Marcu

Lucian Marcu has a comprehensive work experience in supply chain management, with a focus on the pharmaceutical industry. Lucian started their career at S.C. Lek Pharmatech SRL as a warehouse/logistics specialist in 2004. Lucian then moved on to S.C. Sandoz SRL, where they served as the Head of Supply Chain Management from 2007 to 2011. During this time, they also worked as an SCM at Sandoz. In 2011, Lucian joined Sandoz Pharmaceuticals AG as a Launch Manager, responsible for product launch management in the supply chain. From 2011 to 2013, they served as the Supply Chain Manager at Sandoz South Africa (Pty.) Ltd. Following that, Lucian worked at Sandoz Private Limited in India as the Customer Service Manager, Supply Chain from November 2013 to January 2014. Lucian then joined Sandoz (China) Pharmaceutical Co., Ltd. as the Supply Chain Manager and later became the Supply Chain Head Technical Operations from June 2015 to May 2016. Lucian continued their career at Sandoz/Novartis, where they served as the Project Manager for Supply Chain Transformation from May 2016 to April 2017. Lucian then joined Novartis as the SR. Procurement Manager NTO from December 2017 to December 2022, during which they also took on the role of NOSSCE - Novartis Operational Standards for Supply Chain Excellence - Site Project Leader. Currently, Lucian is working as the Director of Supply Chain Management at Lotus Pharmaceutical Co., Ltd since January 2023.

Lucian Marcu attended Universitatea "Petru Maior" din Târgu-Mureș from 1998 to 2002, studying Public Administration.
