Susan Kauffman

Susan Kauffman has worked in a variety of roles since 1995. Susan began as a Sales Associate at Grand Book and Bible in 1995 and then became a Store Manager at Jockey International, Inc. in 1999. In 2011, they joined Pediatric Healthcare as an Administrative, where they were responsible for answering phones and scheduling appointments, preparing paperwork for patient visits, processing specialist referrals, receptionist duties, and ordering office supplies. In 2020, they joined Loudoun Medical Group, P.C. as a Value-Based Care Manager and Population Health Analyst.

Susan Kauffman obtained an Associate of Arts and Sciences - AAS in Information Technology from Northern Virginia Community College between 2015 and 2019. Susan then went on to earn a Bachelor's degree in Software Development from Western Governors University between 2019 and 2022. In addition, they have obtained two certifications from CompTIA: Project+ in May 2020 and CompTIA A+ in November 2019.
