Samera Begum

Samera Begum is a marketing and social media lead at Loughborough Students' Union since February 2022, contributing to the Post Graduate Student Support Network. Prior to this role, Samera served as a product lead at VISWAM Edutech Solutions from May 2019 to September 2021, where responsibilities included leading the development of the EELL, enhancing workflow efficiencies, and digitizing language labs. Samera also worked as an education professional, focusing on content enhancement and digital transitions for language programs. Earlier experience includes lecturing in English and management at Rachnoutsav College and working in HR and marketing at vovconnect. Samera holds an MSc in International Management from Loughborough University London and a Bachelor's degree in Computer Science from Andhra University.
