Eira Hurskainen is a Co-Founder and COO at LOUHE - Louhos Solutions, where Eira is changing the management and security of real estate and campus areas with their technology. Eira is also a Co-Founder at X Heads Oy, focusing on consulting for the digital age. With previous experience at Peili Vision Oy as a Market Analyst, Finpro as a Trainee, Ramboll as an Assistant Designer, and Osuuskauppa Arina as a Shop Assistant, Eira has a diverse background in various industries. Eira holds an Engineer’s Degree in Industrial Engineering and Management from the University of Oulu.
