Alex Rykhva

Alex Rykhva has a diverse work experience spanning over a period of several years. They have held various roles in different companies, showcasing their expertise in technology, operations, and data science.

In their most recent position as the Head of Data Science and Analytics at Louis Dreyfus Company, Alex is responsible for leading and driving data-driven strategies and solutions. Prior to this, they were the Chief Technology Officer at the same company, leading the transformation of Louis Dreyfus Company into a technology-driven merchant and processor of agricultural goods.

Before joining Louis Dreyfus Company, Alex served as the VP of Digital & Innovation at Maple Leaf Foods Inc, where they played a key role in digital transformation and innovation initiatives. Additionally, They held the role of Partner and Strategic Advisor at Levio, where they successfully expanded the brand and services outside of Quebec, significantly increasing revenues and headcount.

Prior to that, Alex held multiple leadership positions at Procter & Gamble, including Head of IT and Business Services for Canada and Puerto Rico, where they were responsible for end-to-end accountability for IT and business services transformation. They also led global programs focused on enterprise mobility and paperless sales systems, as well as distributor systems management and supply chain transformation in various regions.

Alex has also gained valuable experience earlier in their career, serving as an Engagement Lead at UMRC and a Team Lead at LiveRepair.com, Inc.

Alex Rykhva obtained a Bachelor's degree in Business Administration and Management, General from the International Christian University Kyiv in the years 1999-2003. They later pursued a Master's degree in Management Information Systems, General from the Kyiv National Economics University in the years 2003-2004. In addition to their formal education, Alex has obtained various certifications including the Certified Information Systems Security Professional (CISSP) from (ISC)² in 2022, the Microsoft Certified: Azure AI Fundamentals from Microsoft in 2021, the Project Management Professional (PMP) from the Project Management Institute (PMI) in 2017, the Certified Sommelier from The Court of Master Sommeliers in 2017, and the TOC (Theory of Constraints) Practitioner – Thinking Processes, CCPM in 2016.
