Sharri McIntyre

Sharri McIntyre has extensive experience in human resources, with a focus on diversity and inclusion. Sharri currently holds the position of Vice President, Diversity & Inclusion, Corporate Human Resources at Louis Vuitton. In this role, they are responsible for driving actions and changes to enhance the company's commitment to building a diverse and inclusive culture. Previously, they served as the Corporate Director Of Human Resources at Louis Vuitton, where they oversaw employee engagement, retention, and performance management. Prior to their time at Louis Vuitton, Sharri worked for Williams-Sonoma, Inc. as an HR Director Field and later as a Human Resource Manager. Sharri successfully directed the HR function for Williams-Sonoma & West Elm stores and led efforts in diversity, equity, and inclusion. Sharri began their career at Paychex as a Sr. HR Generalist, providing human resource consulting services to small businesses. Sharri focused on training owners and managers on talent management and compliance with employment laws.

Sharri McIntyre earned a Bachelor of Science (B.S.) degree in Organizational Leadership from Penn State University, attending from 2008 to 2012. Additionally, they have obtained certifications in Luxury Fundamentals 2023 from LVMH, PHR from HR Certification Institute - HRCI, Preventing Workplace Harassment from Emtrain, and SHRM-CP from SHRM.
