Sofia Rahal is a seasoned professional in client development and project management within the luxury retail sector. Currently serving as the Global VIC Project Manager at Balenciaga since July 2022, Sofia has a robust background in client experience and retail coordination, demonstrated through previous roles at Piaget and Louis Vuitton. At Piaget, responsibilities included defining and implementing boutique activations, clienteling plans, and organizing high-end events, alongside managing CRM activities and performance analysis.
