Natalie Dellers has a diverse work experience spanning two decades. Natalie started their career as a Key Account and Product Manager at Winston Cosmetics SA/ASM in 2000, and later joined Oettinger Davidoff AG as a Key Account and Product Manager in 2002. In 2005, Natalie joined LVMH, where they held various roles at GUERLAIN, including Sales Manager, General Manager for GUERLAIN Switzerland, and Director for Europe. In 2015, they became the International Managing Director for GUERLAIN, and in 2017, they joined Louis Widmer SA as the International Managing Director and Chief Marketing Officer.
Natalie Dellers obtained their Handelsdiplom qualification from Business School - Handelsmittelschule BL between 1989 and 1992. Natalie later pursued a qualification in Betriebsökonom HWV from HWV Basel - University of Applied Sciences, which they completed between 1996 and 1999. In 2005, they attended Management Zentrum St. Gallen and focused on Effective Team Management & Rhetoric for Managers. Natalie then attended LVMH House London in 2008 for a degree in The Art of Luxury Branding and in 2011 for Leadership for Business Performance.
