Pam Northrup, Ph.D., is a seasoned leader in higher education with extensive experience in strategic innovation and consulting. Currently serving as Senior Director at Studer Education and Senior Advisor for the Louisiana Board of Regents, Pam Northrup has a proven track record of facilitating positive change in higher education. Previously, significant roles at the University of West Florida included Vice President for Research and Strategic Innovation and Dean of the College of Professional Studies. With a Ph.D. in Educational Research from Florida State University and a BS in Elementary Education from the University of Florida, Pam Northrup is committed to advancing educational outcomes through innovative solutions and collaborative initiatives.
