Felicia Jackson

Felicia Jackson has extensive experience in child care strategy and social services, currently serving as the Manager of Family Child Care Strategy at the Louisiana Department of Education since May 2016. Previous roles at the same department include Program Consultant 2, Program Specialist, and Social Services Analyst 3. Prior to this position, Felicia worked as a Social Services Counselor 2 at Children's Behavioral Health Services and held an Administrative Coordinator position at the Louisiana Department of Agriculture and Forestry. Additional experience includes serving as an Administrative Assistant IV at the Office of Juvenile Justice from 2012 to 2014. Felicia holds a Bachelor of Science in Child Development from Southern University, obtained between 2001 and 2005.
