David Worsham

David Worsham is an experienced professional in civil engineering and project management. Currently serving as the Local Road Safety Program and Safe Routes to Public Places Program Manager at the Louisiana Department of Transportation and Development since July 2015, David also held the position of Signal Maintenance Engineer. Prior to this, David worked as a Field Engineer at Barriere Construction from July 2014 to July 2015, where responsibilities included activity scheduling, material tracking, billing, and coordination of subcontractors for asphalt and concrete paving projects. David began military service as a U.S. Army Engineer Officer from January 2011 to June 2014, leading construction teams and managing multiple projects while fostering partnerships with government agencies. David earned a Bachelor of Science in Civil Engineering from Worcester Polytechnic Institute in 2010.
