Desmond Sam P.e.

Desmond Sam, P.E. has extensive experience with the Louisiana Department of Transportation and Development, serving as Area Engineer since April 2014 and overseeing construction and maintenance projects in East Baton Rouge Parish. Prior roles include Project Engineer for transportation construction projects within District 61 and Assistant Project Engineer for Baton Rouge area projects. Desmond Sam also gained valuable experience as a Construction Engineer Intern at the same department from 2012 to 2013. Desmond Sam holds a Bachelor of Science (B.S.) degree in Civil Engineering from the University of Louisiana at Lafayette, completed in 2013.
