Thomas Friloux

Thomas Friloux serves as the 51st Adjutant General of Louisiana, appointed by Governor Jeff Landry on January 8, 2024. In this capacity, Friloux commands both the Louisiana Army National Guard and the Louisiana Air National Guard. Previously, Friloux held various key positions within the Louisiana National Guard, including Director of the Joint Staff, where responsibilities included advising The Adjutant General and overseeing operations affecting over 11,000 members. Friloux also has experience as the owner of Friloux Properties LLC, specializing in short-term rentals, and previously owned CrossFit Chalmette. Educational credentials include a Master of Strategic Studies from The United States Army War College and participation in several prestigious programs focused on homeland defense and security.
