Liuting Chen

Liuting Chen is an experienced professional with a diverse background in program management and legal support. Currently serving as a Program Manager at the Eurasia Foundation since June 2020, Liuting also holds the position of Paralegal at Transcendent Law Group and functions as a Registered Court Interpreter for the Louisiana Supreme Court. Previous roles include consulting for international development organizations and a program officer position at the Eurasia Foundation. With extensive experience at The Asia Foundation in various capacities, Liuting has developed significant expertise in program management. Academic qualifications include a Post-Baccalaureate Certificate in Paralegal Studies from Tulane University School of Professional Advancement, a Master’s Degree in Language Interpretation and Translation, and a Bachelor’s Degree in English Language and Literature from Guangxi University.
