Heather Courville

Heather Courville is a seasoned human resources professional with extensive experience across various organizations. Currently serving as a Human Resources Analyst at the Louisiana Workforce Commission since April 2024, Heather previously held the position of Human Resources Generalist at ESS Support Services Worldwide from September 2019 to November 2023. Prior to that role, Heather worked as a Human Resources Senior Specialist at Evangeline Downs Racetrack, Casino and Hotel from November 2004 to December 2018, where responsibilities included overseeing HR needs and enforcing policies. Heather began a career in HR as an Assistant/Scheduler at The Home Depot from November 2002 to November 2004, focusing on administrative support, onboarding, and scheduling for over 100 employees. Heather holds a High School Diploma from Port Barre High School, earned between 1994 and 1999.
