Lillian Williams

Lillian Williams is an experienced attorney and mediator, currently serving as an Administrative Law Judge at the Louisiana Workforce Commission since August 2019, while also managing Virtuous Legal & Mediation, LLC since January 2021. Previous positions include attorney roles at Special Counsel and Ron Austin Law, LLC, as well as managing editor for the Southern University Law Review. Lillian's legal training includes positions as law clerk at Entergy and Kuchler Polk Schell Weiner & Richeson, LLC, and serving as a teaching assistant in Legal Analysis & Writing at Southern University Law Center. Lillian holds a Doctor of Law (JD) from Southern University Law Center and a Bachelor of Arts in Criminal Justice from the University of Louisiana at Lafayette.
