Willie Johnson

Willie Johnson has extensive experience in workforce development and recruitment, currently serving as a Local Veterans Employment Representative and Workforce Development Specialist/Regional Trainer at the Louisiana Workforce Commission since May 2016. Previously, Willie held the position of Sales Executive at Primeaux RV, assisting customers in selecting recreational vehicles. A veteran of the United States Air Force, Willie contributed as Executive Protocol for the Joint Base Commander, overseeing high-level meetings and events, and led a team as Senior Staffing Manager, successfully managing the recruitment of over 350 hires across four states. Willie's educational background includes a Bachelor of Applied Science in Business Management from Columbia Southern University and two Associate Degrees from the Community College of the Air Force in Transportation/Mobility Management and Human Resources Management and Services.
