William Sobel (Chip)

William "Chip" Sobel currently serves as the Director of Strategic Alliances for the Louisville Bats, focusing on corporate partnerships and fostering relationships with government and tourism organizations to enhance revenue growth. In addition, Sobel has held the role of Senior Manager of Corporate Partnerships at Comedy Caravan since 1990, offering career development advice to both established professionals and emerging talent in the entertainment industry. With experience as Chief Operating Officer at a nationally recognized comedy club and talent agency, Sobel has overseen business operations and served as the primary contact for group sales. Furthermore, as a co-founder of iLocalNews, Sobel has contributed to building a digital framework that encourages community engagement and local reporting. Sobel is an alumnus of The George Washington University.
