Charles Spivey

Charles Spivey is an accomplished technology and operations professional with extensive experience across various industries. Currently serving as Vice President of Operations and Technology and Chief Technology Officer at Louisville Public Media since September 2010, Charles has a strong background in leadership roles, including CIO at Derby City IT from January 2009 to September 2018, and Technology Officer at the National Center for Family Literacy from September 2005 to December 2008. Previous experience includes artist development at The Bourbon Cowboy and project engineering at Strand Associates. Charles holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Civil Engineering from Rose-Hulman Institute of Technology, having also attended Syracuse University.
