Dylan Birkla has over a decade of experience in the construction and customer service industries. At Louisville Tile Distributors, Inc. since May 2010, Dylan has held several key positions, including Director of Customer Service and Pro Shops, Operations Excellence Manager, Senior Systems Trainer, and Operations Technology Manager. Prior to this, Dylan was the Business Owner of GRASSROOTS CONSTRUCTION from March 2007 to January 2012, where the focus was on telecommunication equipment installations and drainage projects.
