Panu Kotilainen

Panu Kotilainen has extensive experience in the telecommunications sector, currently serving as the Head of Service Production at Lounea since 2008. In this role, Panu oversees the network's operational integrity and scalability, contributing to the company's growth in FTTH and enterprise services. Previous positions include Team Leader, where Panu managed a technical team responsible for core and access networks, network monitoring, and technical support, alongside roles as a Senior and System Specialist, focusing on network administration and troubleshooting. Panu's career began in mobile phone repair at Nokia and included various roles in e-commerce and technical maintenance. Panu holds a Bachelor of Engineering in Information Technology from Turku University of Applied Sciences and a Specialist Qualification in Management from Salo Region Adult Education College.
