Sarah Lia Martin-Allon has held various roles throughout their work experience. Sarah Lia started their career as a Design Intern at Digital Glue Ltd in January 2018 and worked there until May 2018. Sarah Lia then joined Fernwood Cove - Extraordinary Summers For Girls as a Counselor, where they worked from 2017 to 2018. In October 2018, they became a Creative Designer at Lounge Underwear and worked in that role until May 2019. Sarah Lia was then promoted to Senior Creative Designer and held this position from May 2019 to January 2020. In January 2020, they were promoted again to Head of Creative and served in this role until April 2021. From April 2021 to August 2022, they worked as the Chief Creative Officer (CCO) at Lounge Underwear. Finally, in July 2022, they were promoted to Chief Brand Officer, their current position at the company.
Sarah Lia Martin-Allon attended Birmingham City University from 2015 to 2018, where they earned a Bachelor of Arts degree in Design and Visual Communications, with a focus on General design and visual communications. Prior to that, in 2014 to 2015, they attended the University of Leeds, where they studied English and Philosophy, although they did not complete a degree in that field.
