Max Dudkin

Max Dudkin has a strong background in engineering leadership and software development. Max most recently served as the VP of Engineering at Lounge, a role they began in February 2023. Prior to that, they were the VP of Engineering at Plutus from April 2021 to February 2023, where they were responsible for maintaining and developing the product, hiring and organizing R&D teams, and working with stakeholders and product management.

Before their role at Plutus, Max was the VP of Engineering at Clearmove from April 2019 to April 2021, where they focused on hiring and organizing the team, connecting business developers with R&D, and growing the team. Max also founded Dudkin Development Solutions in September 2018, where they served as Founder until April 2019.

Earlier in their career, Max was the CTO at Smarketing Cloud from January 2018 to September 2018, overseeing development processes and infrastructure, participating in hiring and induction, and solving high-level problems. Max also worked as a Tech Lead at Amadeus IT Group from April 2017 to September 2018, a Senior PHP Developer at Ciklum from January 2016 to April 2017, a Senior PHP Developer at Mobisoft Ltd. from January 2014 to December 2015, and a Senior PHP Developer at Genesis from December 2013 to January 2014.

Max Dudkin obtained a Master's degree in Computer Science from Volodymyr Dahl East Urkainian National University. Max studied at the university from 2009 to 2015.
