Aika Aitkali has worked in a variety of roles in the hospitality industry since 2016. Aika began their career as a Food and Beverage Server at Shanghai Restaurant and then moved on to become a Kitchen Trainee at La Roof. In 2017, they held two roles, as a Junior Chef at Pavillon Montsouris and as a Fine Dining Service at the Ritz Paris. In 2018, they became a Guest Relations Agent at W Hotels, where they were responsible for coordinating front-desk operations and updating customer databases. In 2019, they worked as a Front Service Relations at Hôtel d’Aubusson. Most recently, in 2021, Aika was an Account Manager at Tourism Academy, where they were responsible for customer relationships, managing training campaigns, and handling governmental funding requests. Aika is currently a Customer Success Manager at LoungeUp.
Aika Aitkali has completed an Executive MBA in International Management of Human Resources from Institute Elton Mayo (2020-2021), a Master's degree in International Hospitality & Tourism Management from EFMH (2018-2020), a Bachelor's degree in Hospitality Administration/Management from University of Paris I: Panthéon-Sorbonne (2017-2018), and an International Bachelor of Business Administration (BBA) from Paris School of Business (2016-2017).
