Bill Hodder

Bill Hodder is a seasoned technology leader with extensive experience in IT management and strategy. Currently serving as Chief Technology Officer and IT Director at Love Energy Savings since July 2012, Bill has successfully scaled the IT team and formalized roles, while also overseeing the development of back-end technology teams. Previously, as European IT Manager at ThinkSmart, Bill ensured system availability, managed a helpdesk team, and implemented VMware ESX in the European data center. Bill's diverse background includes roles as Head of IT at Woolworths Wholesale (India) and various positions at Dick Smith Electronics, where responsibilities ranged from MIS operations to retail support and inventory management. Bill holds qualifications in Electronics Technology and Network Technology from the NSW Technical and Further Education Commission.
