Scott Cole has been working in the CPG industry since 1988. Scott began their career as a Grocery Manager at Nash Finch Company. In 1990, they joined The Hershey Company, where they held various roles, including Vice President, Strategic Customers, Vice President, Grocery Customers & World Wide Military, Snacks Division Director, Kroger Team Leader, Home Office Customer Marketing Manager, Home Office Sales Development Manager, Cincinnati District Sales Manager, Charlotte District Sales Manager, Charlotte District Key Account Manager, St Louis South District Sales Supervisor, and Peoria District Sales Representative. In 2016, they became a Principal Consultant at Capre Group. Scott then joined Love Good Fats as Chief Customer Officer, North America, and also served as an Advisor/Board Member. In 2017, they were appointed Chief Customer Officer at West Liberty Foods. In 2018, they became Chief Customer Officer at Dewey's Bakery.
Scott Cole obtained a Bachelor's degree in General Studies from the University of Iowa.
