Lauren Killips has over five years of experience in sales, planning, and logistics. In 2019, they began working as the VP of Sales & Planning at Love Wellness. Prior to this, they held various roles at Saks Fifth Avenue OFF 5TH from 2014 to 2019, including Omni Planner - Children's, Omni Associate Planner - Children's Shoes, Outerwear, Designer, Omni Assistant Planner, Fine Jewelry & Watches, Omni Assistant Buyer, Fine Jewelry and Watches, and Merchandise Assistant, Women's Contemporary Collections.

Lauren Killips attended The Branson School from 2006 to 2010, where they earned their high school degree. Lauren then attended the University of Southern California from 2010 to 2014, where they earned their Bachelor of Arts in Public Relations.
