Veronica Gruning

Veronica Gruning is a skilled engineer with extensive experience in mechanical design, program planning, and guidance navigation systems, currently serving as a Senior Program Planner at Lockheed Martin since September 2020. With a Master's and Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering from Penn State University, Veronica has also held various engineering roles at Lockheed Martin, including Senior Guidance Navigation and Control Engineer and Mechanical Design Engineer, contributing to coding and automation processes. In addition to engineering, Veronica is actively involved in the skiing community as a ski instructor and works with Out in Science, Technology, Engineering & Mathematics as a Sponsorship Committee Member. Veronica's background also includes research assistant roles at both The Pennsylvania State University Applied Research Laboratory and Oregon State University, where significant projects included algorithm development and terrain analysis for robotics.
